Overview

The initial job to be done in most of the PABX system installation is to do the wiring, managing, & programming the PABX system to make the system up and running. There are different type of PABX system and different features that may require to do some sort of settings in order for you to activate the required features. For this reason, My Technical Reference (MTR) aim to provide technical information and guidelines for system programming and other technique for your technical references.

Wiring Requirements: The most recommended cabling and wiring termination for AVAYA PABX SYSTEM is CAT5e or CAT6 UTP Cable and design for voice and data standard (568B or 568A). - See the diagram for more detail.
