You can use the DIL Settings (Direct In Line) to redirect the incoming calls to a particular floating extension either OGM extension, ICD extension, or an Operator extension. The below example, i had assign 501 (OGM Extension) to line 1 and 601 (ICD Extension) to line 2, so that the callers can hear the Auto Attendant announcement if they dial line 1 number, and the callers can answer their calls from any of the available agent when they dial line 2 number.
