This feature allows you to monitor another user's call without being heard. Monitoring can be accompanied by a tone heard by all parties. Use of the tone is controlled by the Beep on Listen setting on the System | Telephony | Tones & Music tab. The default for this setting is on. If enabled, this is the only indication of monitoring given to the monitored user. There is no phone display indication of monitoring.
Step 1: Create the shortcode
Step 2: Set the user to can intrude (Note: This is the user who can do the monitoring of conversation to other parties).
Step 3: Set the beep on listen un-check
Step 4: Uncheck the Cannot be Intruded option to other user extension (Note: This is the user who can be monitored with the Can Intrude user) - Do this with another extension that you want to monitor the conversation.
Step 5: Testing the configuration - Lets say that you want to monitor the conversation in extension 202.
