Optimiser/RingMaster from Soft-ex is a telephone call accounting system the processes Station Message Detail Records (SMDR) from the Avaya IP Office 500v2 R9.1 and produces management reports. RingMaster was the original product supplied by Soft-ex to process SMDR records and Optimiser is an additional products/service built onto RingMaster which is an alerting system for calls that meet specific requirements, for instance that may indicate telephone fraud.
